A few dedicated committee members/plot olders volunteer weekly to keep the allotments in a clean and tidy state therefore creating a safe environment for all to enjoy. They cut and trim the grass paths, the perimeter and vacant plots to name just a few.
Unfortunately there seems to be irresponsible plot holders who dispose of dangerous rubbish around the site. This is not acceptable practice and notice is given that anyone caught disposing of rubbish in this manner will be issued with a RED card; which means they will be required to leave the site with immediate effect. There are designated waste/recycle bins in the shed for small items but larger amounts should be taken in the local recycling plant.
